Dear Readers,

   We have all finally made it to the month of May, and that means summer is on the way. So, get ready to have some fun in the sun! While you're planning your next beach trip, why not take some time to learn more about how stars like our sun are born? You can read all about it in this month's space article!

   People have looked into the sky at the beauty of the stars for thousands of years. Maybe that's why we call the important people in our own society “stars,” like movie stars and rock stars. Sometimes these stars can win prizes, like the Pulitzer Prize, for the great things they have done. Check out our Society article to learn more about this historic award.

   But you don't have to be famous to be a star. Every one of you has a heart, a soul and a story to tell, and that makes you a star. We are all unique, and we can learn to shine bright in our own ways. So, let's learn to love and accept one another so that we can shine more light into this dark world!
